The following rules apply in case of late check-outs:
- Late check-outs must be agreed upon before the check-out date;
- Day rooms, up to 6 pm, are charged at 98 Euros;
- Day rooms, up to 8 pm, are charged at 115 Euros.
The following rules apply in case of children staying with parents:
- Children between 0-5 years of age may stay for free
- Children between 6-12 years of age are charged 32 Euros for bed and breakfast.
The following rules apply with regards to bookings and cancellations:
- During the peak season (Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day) the minimum reservation period is seven days with half-board.
- Payments should be made within 30 days before guests' arrival.
- Payment deadline can be changed by the hotel at any time.
- For under stays, no-shows and cancellations of bookings, the penalty is subject to the point of time at which the hotel is notified in writing.
The cancellation rates are as follows:
- For cancellations made 35 to 25 days before arrival, 25% of the total stay is charged for BB bookings.
- For cancellations made 24 to 11 days before arrival, 60% of the total stay is charged for BB bookings.
- For cancellations made 10 to 00 days before arrival, or no-shows, 100% of the total stay is charged for BB bookings.
- Early departure and under stays 100% of total booking.
Half-board is charged at 59 Euros.
