- Cancellations made 20 to 11 days before arrival will result in a charge of 3 full nights.
- Cancellations 10 to 0 days before arrival date and no-shows will result in a charge of 5 full nights.
- Early departure/ understay will result in full payment of the entire booking value (100% of the total booking).
Refund policy;
Should you have to cancel your reservation before the penalty dates mentioned above? Your credit card account will be refunded in full. If you have paid by bank transfer then the full refund will incur a small bank charge for the transaction.
