Having just opened its doors to guests in May 2008, Reef Holiday Apartments can be considered as a transit hotel for guests catching early morning flights. It is also ideal for a family or a small group wanting to spend a vacation in Seychelles. Providing a homely vacation with total tranquillity, the hotel makes sure that you enjoy your stay here. The establishment is decorated in a typical Creole manner.

Reef Holiday Apartments are self catering facilities. However, we do provide in the rooms and at the reception complementary tea and coffee. We have swimming pool with relax facilities, a pool bar, outside barbeque facilities, we also store chilled vacuum packed ingredients to facilitate your cooking or we can prepare it for you. Our room rates are for room only but we do have daily self service breakfast available in our restaurant.

Late check out policy:

Late check-outs must be agreed upon with the villa before check out date. Reef Holiday Apartments has the right to charge full payment for the room.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Parents must be with children when being by the pool.

Cancellation Policy:

The following rules apply in case of cancellations:

- Cancellations made prior to 20 to 10 days before arrival incur a 50% charge of the total booking value;

- Cancellations made within 09 to 00 days before arrival incur a 80% charge of the total booking value;

- Early departure/ understay or no-shows incur an 100% charge of the total booking value.
