Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Our price is for budget purposes only. Do tell us what you need and we will customise the package to suit your requirements.

Price is not for weddings during the Christmas and New Year season. If you are planning to get married during the Xmas festive season ask us for a quote. If you do have a favourite hotel that is not on the list above, do let us know and we will give you a quote.
