- Cancellations 03 to 00 days prior to arrival, incur 100% of booking total.
- For no shows/under stay/early departure, 100% of booking total.
Refund policy:
Should you have to cancel your reservation before the penalty dates mentioned above? Your credit card account will be refunded in full. If you have paid by bank transfer then the full refund will incur a small bank charge for the transaction.
