Late check-outs must be arranged before the check-out date. Otherwise, guests will be charged the daily rate.
Children policy:
The following rules apply in case of children staying with parents:
- Children under 6 years of age, sharing double, may stay free of charge
- Children between 7 to 11 years of age, sharing double, are charged at 22 Euros per night on B&B.

The following rules apply in case of cancellations:
- Cancellations made between 26 to 11 days prior to arrival incur a 50% charge of the BB total
- Cancellations made between 10 to 00 days prior to arrival incur a 100% charge of the BB total
- Early departure / Understay 100% of total booking.
Refund policy:
Should you have to cancel your reservation before the penalty dates mentioned above, your credit card account will be refunded in full. If you have paid by bank transfer then the full refund will incur a small bank charge for the transaction.
