Land excursions: Holidays Seychelles does not recommend land excursions longer than one km for children below six years.
- up to one year: no charge
- 2 to 11 years: rates as above
- 12 years and above: adult rate applicable.

Discovery of Mahe Nature trail

The islands of the Seychelles have been well preserved for its plants and animals, which makes possible incredible and exciting walks along surprising footpaths on the Mahé Island. Hikers will pass through nature reserves and admire extraordinary views of the beauty of Seychelles within Mahé and on the outer islands. Discover different indigenous species such as the carnivorous pitcher plant, the endangered scoops owl, the extremely rare jellyfish tree, the Seychelles wolf snake, the gardiner's tree frog, also known as the gardiner's Seychelles frog, one of the smallest frogs in the world and many others of the rarest species to be seen in Seychelles.

Trails are done on different day of the week and are independent from one another.

Trails include:

  • Anse major (half day)
  • Copolia (half day)
  • Mare au cochon (mahe - full day)
  • Trois free (mahe - half day)
