Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
- Booking cancelled 27 to 14 day before arrival date will charge 50% of total booking including boat transfers.
- 13 to 6 day before arrival date will charge 80% of total booking including boat transfers.
- 5 to 00 days before arrival date will charge 100% of booking charges plus boat transfers.
- understay/no show 100% of total booking plus boat transfers.
Refund Policy:
If you have to cancel your booking before the penalty dates mentioned above, your credit care will be refunded in full. If you paid by bank transfer then the refund will incur a small bank charge to complete the transaction.
