Late check out policy:
early check in and Late checkouts are subject to availaility and charged at normal rates.

Policy on children staying with parents:
the hotel only welcomes children over the age of 7 years old.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30-13 days prior to arrival: 50% Booking Total (incl. Boat Transfers)
• 12-06 days prior to arrival: 80% Booking Total (incl. Boat Transfers)
• 05-00 days prior to arrival: 100% Booking Total (incl. Boat Transfers)
• Early departures / Under stays: 100% Booking Total (incl. Boat Transfers)

Other disclosures:

Cerf Island resort does not have showers or changing facilities other than in the Villas.

Transfers;

• Compulsory arrival and departure return trip boat transfer, 20 euro return per person.
• "Hop On"  boat traansfer to and from mahe (subject to space availaibility) 5 euro per person one way.
• standard rate boat transfer 10 euro per person one way.
