Our villa can accommodate 2 children, children under the age of 3 years old sharing with 2 adults are free, and children under 12 years old will pay at the children rates.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of booking amount will be charged for cancellations made 30 to 16 days before arrival date.
- 100% of booking value will be charged for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival date or in case of no-show.
- Any cancellation greater that 31 days before arrival date there will be no charge.
Other disclosures:
If for any reason you cannot visit us on the date that you have made the booking and you want to change your arrival date instead of cancelling. Work with us and we can change your date if we have availability at no cost.
